the location was okay and close to the mall.

The staff seemed intent on extracting more money. They tried to give me a 'special deal' for early check-in, but it wasn't needed. the room i got had a bothersome smell that wouldn't go away, and their response didn't really help. towel quality was poor, and the pillow options were limited, which really messed up my neck.

the free shuttle runs to the beach. the hotel shop opens at all times and is perfect. it had a costa machine.

I found international power sockets in my room, i needed no adapter! free luggage storage lockers were big enough for my suitcase. That was super useful. the shop sold essentials which was great, i could grab whatever i needed there.

The fan in the toilet wasnt working which meant no air circulation. All the odour would get to the room!

I had dinner twice in the attached tgi fridays. The meal had good quality. the attached store had a great selection of items. It was a little overpriced. almond milk was available at breakfast!

the location was great, perfect for first time visitors! it was easy to walk to dubai mall and i found many transport options. short distance to the airport, very convenient for my travel plans.

The pool was nice and quiet on most mornings. It was very relaxing. the gym had simple but well-equipped equipment. i loved that they replenish the water bottle regularly. A great touch.
